We Bring The Education To You

AES offers a broad range of real estate continuing education courses to help you stay current and fulfill the requirements of your real estate license. Courses offer credit in law and elective subjects with a direct application to the field of real estate.

Course Fees:  $25.00 per module. The Kentucky Core Course is $50.00.  All materials and handouts are provided.

Length of Class:  Classes are one day only. 

Classroom:  All classes are conducted in an environment conducive to learning.  Credits received from AES may be combined with credits from other education providers to fulfill your KREC Continuing Education requirements.

Insufficient Funds:  The student agrees to pay a fee of $35 for checks or credit card charges that are not credited to the account of AES Agent Education Services due to insufficient funds.

Refund Policy:  Full refund with a 3-day (72 hours) advance cancellation notice only. Students who wish to cancel after this deadline will receive credit to a future class.

Attendance and Conduct Policy:  Late arrival or early departure (exceeding 10 minutes) is prohibited.  Intoxication or alcohol consumption in the classroom, disruptive behavior or use of recording devices will be grounds for dismissal without credit or refund of course fees.  Students must attend the entire session to receive a Certificate of Completion.  Duplicate/Replacement Certificate of Completion forms are provided upon request at no charge.
